Chicken Salad Sandwich on two slices of whole wheat bread. This salad is great for potlucks or picnic lunches!
INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
• 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
• 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• 1/2 cup celery, diced
• 1/2 cup red onions, diced
• Bunch of grapes (approx 1 cup) quartered.
• Sea Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
• Onion powder (optional)
• Pecans, Walnuts, dried cranberries (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and serve 1 cup of mixture on 2 slices of whole wheat bread.
