Fro-Yo Sandwiches

Froyo sandwiches. Not 100% clean but much healthier than a traditional ice cream sandwich.


Start with 1/2 a banana, sliced. 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, 1/2 cup whipped topping (either homemade or from trader joes/sprouts), drizzle of honey and stevia to desired sweetness. Blend!

Line an 8x8 baking dish with foil or parchment paper. Cover the bottom with a single layer of graham crackers. Pour the froyo on top. Then top with a single layer of graham crackers. Freeze for at least 4 hours and slice up and serve!
