Chicken Tortilla Soup



4 chicken breasts
3 cups of low sodium chicken broth
1 - 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 - 15 ounce can of black beans, drained
1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Dash of red pepper flakes
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 yellow onion, chopped


Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Taste after 6 and add any seasoning you like! 

Garnish with avocado, cheese, cilantro, plain Greek yogurt.
