Email me anytime to discuss! Jalenecabralesfitness@gmail.com What are the Portion Control Eating Plan details? The Portion Control Eating Plan is not a recipe-based plan like other Beachbody nutrition plans. Here’s how it works: Start by calculating a calorie level based on starting weight. Next, find the calorie chart that corresponds with the calorie level. This will indicate the daily allotment of color-coded containers. From there, the Eating Plan shows a list of foods that can be eaten with each color-coded container. Then, just fill the containers with the foods from the list, up to the daily allotment of the containers. No required recipes. No required number of meals. No required foods or ingredients. If it fits in the container, it can be eaten! Are you doing anything special to celebrate the launch? Heck yea I am! I'll be hosting an EXCLUSIVE challenge group, open to a very limited few! You'll have access to the program and my private accountability group to guarantee your success, and coaching from me! This group will be be starting November 14th, and of course we'll break for Thanksgiving! Before/Afters- Just a few of many!

Other People's Success

In regards to business you might hear "why her and not me?" or how about "well, she must have cheated her way to the top." In regards to fitness "oh, you must have edited that photo" or "it's just the camera angle" or "must be nice." People either don't realize the amount of HARD WORK that goes into success, or they just want to discount anything someone else does, no credit is given where credit is due!

I feel like there's always so much comparison "out there" in the world, and especially on social media. It seems that some can't be happy for others who are succeeding. And I've always said, Comparison is the Thief of Joy! Try to resist comparing your journey through life to someone else's, we just never know what they've got going on in the life that you don't see on social media.

When you find the right TRIBE (your people) you'll find that some people don't want to compete with you at life! This tribe of people have a love for others, so much so that they love to see other people succeeding, winning at life! Those are the people you need to surround yourself with! Your cheerleading squad, the ones that will always lift you up and be happy in your success. And push you in a GOOD way to be the best person you can be. Sometimes guys, we gotta let the negative go and just pour ourselves into those people who want us to be happy and healthy! Life is too short to compete with others, be genuinely happy when you see success in someone else! And always try to be your personal best, which isn't going to to be the same as anyone else's, cause you are so uniquely YOU, and you rock!!!

Limiting Beliefs

We have to get rid of limiting beliefs, and practice positive self talk! Mind over matter.

Truthfully, I don't enjoy working out. It's not my thing. Why do I do it?

1. I know I need to do it to be healthy and happy!

2. The endorphins are real and they help me in many ways.

3. And I get motivated by doing something I didn't think I was capable of!

You CAN do this. It might not be your cup of tea to sweat and grunt and work yourself, but just do it. Your body, mind, and soul will thank you! And you'll NEVER regret a workout, but you'll ALWAYS regret not doing a workout. Especially as we age...

Be a Stay at home mom!

If you want to stay home, stay home!

Moms, if you're dying to stay home with your kids, please believe in yourself! You CAN start your own business, you can make it great! You can change your circumstances.

Don't just start any business. Start a business where you can help others, fuel your own health and fitness, and feel like you're doing something WORTHWHILE.

We only get one life, don't look back when you're 50 and your kids are grown and realize you missed the best part. Take a chance and do this with me, I'll help you, and you and your children are so worth it.

I just love this

And one thing that I've noticed in talking with other moms, some are just not fulfilled by their 9-5 and want MORE. More time with their kids, more time with the family, more hours in a day! But we can't add hours to the day to fit in work and kids, we've gotta change the work.

Steps to Happiness

Be the good

I posted a pic on my page earlier in the week about how as a mom, my hobbies include peeing alone, choosing my battles, and making food (that no one eats). Y'all thought it was funny, and I know that is because you can totally relate (or you can't relate and you just feel sorry for this "mom" species). But it's the truth, mom's rarely get any actual ME time, we are constantly cleaning something, stepping on a toy, helping someone do one of 9 million various things, feeding someone, and just really serving other people in some way. And it's all very mundane (shhh, don't tell my kids)... it's the best job in the world, a life mission more than a job, but boy are the days long.

Most days, I feel like at the end of the day, what did I do today? Like what did I honestly get accomplished? The toys I cleaned up this morning, they've made their way back to the same spot in the middle of the floor. I dumped food in the trash while there are children out there who are starving... but, the years are SHORT. And one day, it will be over and I'll be longing for toys sprawled out everywhere (okay, maybe). I don't want to miss a THING! Heck no, I won't be at some 9-5 working for someone else while my kids long for me at home. Just no. And furthermore, I want to give my babies the world! I want to take them on vacations, I want to provide experiences.

I am raising some beautiful children who will hopefully add their own value to this world. But, shouldn't I lead by example?

Proverbs 22:6 Bring up a child by teaching him the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn away from it.

My me time is two fold. I've got my health and fitness, and I've got my business. Both provide me with time to feel refreshed and significant. When I first started this coaching business, I wanted to help people with fitness and health. To feel comfy in their own skin. Because of the amazing things it's done in my life. Now it's so much bigger. I want to help people get healthy but more so I want to lead you to the water. To show you how you can be PRESENT in your children's lives! I want to share every glorious thing about this business, because I really feel like I've found, more like stumbled across, the golden ticket. Helping other people get healthy, helping myself stay accountable to my health, and leading people to find their worth and invest more time with their families. I have the ability to add value to the world, to someone else's life. Even though you're a mom who cleans up the same toys all day long, even though you feel so insignificant, I'm here to tell you that YOU can add value to someone else's life. There's someone out there who is dying to meet you, your stories relate, she could be you, and she's desperately searching for a way to feel like she's doing something awesome with her life. She wants some me time. She is completely grateful to raise her amazing children, but she's looking for a way to put her stamp on the world beyond being "Mom." Because one day, those babies will be up and out, then what? If you don't help her, who will?

So if you desperately need some ME time, get into a health and fitness program and plug into a challenge group to meet other like minded friends. The best thing you can do is get your me time while also bettering your health. And if you're looking to add value to the world, other than raising incredible children, and looking to show your children that they can be a shining light in someone else's life, then be a coach. This business is for ANYONE. If I can do it, you can do it. I'm an introvert, I have my anxiety struggles, I've got 4 kids, and I'm BUSY. I don't know a lot of people. I don't have a bowling league or some group that I'm involved in. I'm not a salesperson. So believe me when I say, If I can do it, you can do it.

What if

*Raises hand* guilty!!! And my sweet daughter is paying for it. Why? Because she got my anxious, worried, "what if" disposition. Over the last few years, I feel like I've been going through a roller coaster. Different things... finances (one income family in Southern California), friends, depression, health issues, blended family struggles, weight, anxiety. Just to name some of the biggies.

I've been trying to turn Isabella's thinking into "what if things could go right" instead of wrong. For example, she's having a really hard time with the unexpected in kindergarten, library day can literally send her into what I can only describe as an anxiety attack in her tiny little body. And so instead of "what if... something totally scary to her... like sitting on the rug in the library" I'm trying to spin it to "What if you have fun! What if you find a cool book. What if it's the best day ever... etc." She does have the "what if monster" book, and we love that! I just love books that illustrate teachable moments!

And through her struggle, I'm realizing I need this in my own life. I'm so darn worrisome, introverted. Yesterday I met with a coach on my team... we've "known" each other through social media for a year, but never actually met. It was such a huge step for me to actually meet up and have coffee together! It may not seem like a big thing to someone normal, haha, but to an introvert, this is huge. I'm all overcoming struggles over here left and right! Eventually, I'll get really brave an post a LIVE video on Facebook ... that's my next goal.  My coaching career is doing BIG things in my life. And if I can do this, you can do this.

Do you let the "what if monster" take the wheel? Or do you have a handle on the "what ifs" and focus on what could go right?

Past lives

Long read. And some personal junk here. But I'm all for being real with myself.

Momming is hard. There, I said it. I love my children with a fire in my soul, but man, it's hard. It's thankless. It's not glamorous. It's long days followed by sleepless nights. It's a "coffee is REQUIRED" lifestyle. It means I always come, 2nd? No, more like 10th. It's trying to talk to your husband but feeling like you have Tourette's and distracting from the conversation every 32 seconds. It's having someone literally attached to you, always.

Now is it the most rewarding thing ever? Hell yes. Would I trade it for anything in the entire world, no way. Do I absolutely love being a stay at home and absolutely refuse to go back to work, uh yes! My children mean everything to me. I wouldn't want to miss a single moment. So I'm glad they are literally attached to me!

But I will say this, I'm so glad that I have my health business. It's something for ME. It actually forces me to get out of my introverted ways and talk to people. You guys, if I didn't have that, I would just be sitting over here in a little hole, 10th in line to everything! It forces me to eat well. Forces me to workout. Forces me to take care of myself. And when I say "force," this isn't a bad thing. How many people think talking to people, eating well, and working out is bad? No one. But how many introverts would totally shy away from these things if given the opportunity? Probably 90% of us. I would never talk to a soul!

The conversations I get to have with actual adults, about actual things that matter, thank you to my business for that! I look so forward to speaking with like minded people!! I look so forward to sharing my passion with people! And hearing their passions! And giving this GIFT of health and fitness to people who, without home workouts, wouldn't have another way to get it! Cause before I was introduced to this thing, I didn't EVER make it to a gym. I was a HOT MESS! I didn't have a passion, I didn't have a purpose, I sat in my hole, I didn't talk to anyone, I wasn't healthy (omg not in the least!) I was wasting the gifts that God gave me. I was wasting my life and my children's lives. Seriously you guys, I couldn't keep up with my girl. We didn't even play. I never went to the park. I could barely chase her up the stairs I was so unhealthy. When I think back on it, it's just gross. I was a grumpy, frumpy, bump on a log. Pretending to be someone else. Anyone but myself. The loathing was something I kept secret from everyone. But you can't keep secrets from God.

Thank GOD that He brought this opportunity to me. It has impacted my life and my children's lives immeasurably.

I was asked yesterday to imagine my life without Beachbody, if Beachbody went away. And I won't say I can't imagine it and give you a bunch of froo froo language about how I can't even picture my life without this amazing opportunity... cause I can picture my life. I've been there. It's not a pretty place. I won't go back. Keep moving forward!

So how did this introvert chick actually say yes to something new? Well, I'm a people pleaser too! I hate to offend people (there's a painful backstory to that). And I totally offended a friend of mine who was a coach. Had been a coach for years. She made a post that said "how can I help you with fitness?" And I commented that it would be nice to get free workouts, 30 minute workouts no less, so that I didn't have to buy a program from that Beachbody company. Uh, she was a coach  for Beachbody. She used these "programs" as tools to bring fitness to people. I didn't know that! I didn't even know she was a Beachbody coach. I didn't even know what the heck a coach was. I thought coaches were just people who bragged about having a "beach body." Like they were somehow endorsed by this company as being perfectly shaped. You send in your pic and they say "yup, you look good." I hadn't taken the time to actually read her posts, I scrolled on by even though this friend meant something to me.

I was so EMBARRASSED, I felt so dumb, and I felt like such a jerk that I joined her new "challenge group" so as not to be such a jerk. And really the $60 to buy a program was NOTHING compared to what that group and that program gave me. The girl wasn't trying to sell me on anything, she was trying to give me a gift. And that she did. And the rest is history!

Sometimes God allows you to make an idiot of yourself to bring something better to you that you would never do on your own!

Living the Dream

Living the dream, and feeling worthy enough to have dreams!

You might not get it, and that's okay, neither did I. I didn't get it, that people actually get their life's desires by helping other people. That people actually have a fire and passion for helping others get happy.

That people actually live for this.

But it's true. Coaches are not salespeople. We don't sell products. We don't work for Beachbody. We don't work for Shakeology. We actually get our kicks from seeing our friends, family, complete strangers feel better from the inside out. We work for our own passion, and you can hardly even call it work when you love what you do and when you reach goals by doing the things that make you a better person.
There are good people in this world. They are called coaches. So while it may be totally silly or even annoying that I post my selfies, my recipes, my Bible verses, my inspiration for my own life, that's okay. I thought it was silly too. I thought it was annoying. I thought it was quite presumptuous as a matter of fact, that this coach person thinks they can come into my life with a DVD and a drink and be all "I can help you make your life magical." Pffft, weird right?

But now I realize, that's just what we do! And if you haven't tried it out, you just don't get it. It's like this healthy and happy person club, until you're in it, you don't know the secret handshake!
If I've inspired just one person to become healthy, to have fun with it, to live longer for their children, I win. This is more than a job. It's a purpose, a calling. It's making dreams into reality. And I get to do it from home, with my children in tow, on my own time. For real?!?! YES. It is real. I'm living it. Lucky lady, but luck has nothing to do with it. I believed in myself enough to take a chance.
So what happened when I took the chance? Well, I became one of these coach people... I learned the secret handshake... These people, they live to help you live better. To help you feel better. To help you look better. And then, something happens... When you're the coach, YOU live better. You stop going through the motions, thinking that you can't have dreams and goals, you stop telling yourself that you'll be working a 9-5 for someone else your whole life, that you'll leave your kids with a stranger, that said stranger will raise them, that you won't be there for bedtime stories, kisses on scraped knees, morning snuggles and UNSCHEDULED time, that you won't ever make it to Hawaii, that you won't ever retire, or retire your husband. You'll be be working your whole lives and never really spend time together.

You just stop telling yourself that, because it's not true. Life isn't about going through the motions until you keel over and go be with Jesus. As amazing as Heaven will be, you aren't there yet! You were put on this Earth to do more than go through the motions. You like to be healthy and to eat and live well, and you also have a gift of sharing health with others, how joyous do you think the King is that you've taken the gifts He's handed you and actually used them?!? ANYONE has this gift. THAT is what being a coach is. Feeling worthy enough to have dreams, working for them, helping people.

I'm in the best place I've ever been in my life. And it's so darn simple. I never knew before I tried it. How infectious it is to help people. How awesome it makes ME feel. That's living the dream. That's coaching.

MAKE THE HAPPY

You don't FIND a happy life, you MAKE it.

Reflecting over the personal development I've been doing over the last week, here's my take on myself...

I'm not an optimist. Sometimes I really wish I was! Wouldn't my life be so much more perfect if I just found the good in everything and had a positive outlook? Well, I'm a realist. But that's okay, really it is. I've gotta love myself for how I am, realist and all! So how do realists approach life, dreams, goals? Instead of "finding" the good by happy accident or kismet, I've gotta MAKE the good. Because the only thing I can control, is me. <-- ouch, that's a hard one for me. Control freak here.

Here's how I see it... A house isn't a home when first purchased, it's a shell. You make it the a home by filling it with the things you love. Such is life, make it yours, make it happy, make it fulfilling by filling it with things you love. Not happy? Change that! Take out the things that don't mesh with your goal, add the things that do.

Your life doesn't get better by chance, it gets better by change (Jim Rohn)

Your salad is hindering your weight loss more so than that cheeseburger

Wait? A salad can have more calories and chemicals than a cheeseburger? Yup.

A salad is often eaten as a healthy alternative to other foods... But when you douse it with store bought dressing it could be stopping you from burning fat and losing weight, it could even be making you GAIN. And I know what you're thinking, you don't douse it, but truth is, most people do not use the recommended serving size, which is usually just 1-2 tablespoons.

Most pre-made salad dressings contain chemicals, manufactured food. You're thinking to yourself, "I'm using low fat and low calorie dressing, so I'm good." When actually, the fat in full fat dressing is much better than the fake food that is poured into that bottle of low fat, low cal ranch. What light dressings lack in calories and fat, they make up for in sodium and sugar. And not just regular sugar, high fructose corn syrup, which is basically a man made sugar that is difficult for the body to process. It spikes insulin, a hormone that stores fat, so you tell me, do you wanna eat that?!

And, low-fat salad dressings prevent the body’s ability to absorb and utilize the good stuff that your salad provides, carotenoid antioxidants in salad greens and tomatoes, so you're not even getting all the health benefits from your salad. Nutritional studies have found that certain healthy fats, like those in olive oil, were necessary to absorb the full benefits of the other vegetables in the salad.

So remember, low fat, low calorie dressings are generally a no no for those trying to manage weight.

"I’m not about to eat my salad plain," that's what you're thinking. I'm with you! Without dressing it can hardly be called a salad, just a bowl o' raw veggies. I'm a health coach, I still don't want to eat that! I certainly don't expect anyone else to! Yuck. So what can you do? Well, you can look for store bought dressings that have the least amount of ingredients, and ingredients that are recognizable (i.e. No weird chemical names) or you can make your own very easily and very inexpensively. BOOM!

Here's my favorites!

Red Wine Vinaigrette

1/4 cup of red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons of honey (more if you like it sweet)

Dash of each: chili powder or paprika, pepper, oregano, and granulated garlic.

Small squeeze of lime.

Taste and adjust according to your taste!

Balsamic Vinaigrette

3/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon of honey (or more depending on your taste)

1-2 cloves of minced garlic

Sprinkle of sea salt and cracked pepper

Mix all ingredients and drizzle on salad or vegetables. Salad Dressing will stay fresh in an air tight container for several days. Stir it before using.

21 Day Fix Creamy Herb Dressing

1 medium avocado, cut into chunks

1-1/2 C nonfat plain greek yogurt

4 Tbsp finely chopped parsley

3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 dash of white pepper

1/3 C extra virgin olive oil

Place all ingredients in blender, except for the olive oil. Blend until smooth. Slowly add in the oil and blend well. Store in the refrigerator, tightly sealed/covered until ready for use. Serving Size: 12 servings, 6 tsp each serving.

Giving up on dreams

I'm being totally RAW Jalene with you this week. I kinda gave up. The last 11 weeks of my life have been ROTTEN! Just rotten. I'll write a blog post on the challenges of bedrest at some point when I'm actually done being on bedrest. If you've ever been on bedrest, you know just what I'm talking about. How did I give up? Well, I have this big scary dream about being a top coach in my industry. If your dreams don't scare you, they aren't big enough right? Anyhow, I didn't really "give up" on it persay, but I did put it on the backburner. I never left my clients/friends (I hate that word "client" they all become my friends!). I never gave up coaching them, but I did give up the dream of making it big in the business. I just set it aside for a while. Now of course you understand, my son and I were in a life/death situation, my focus really HAD to be on him and myself. But you know what, I did learn that the time passes anyways. So for whatever reason you are setting that dream on the backburner, stop it. The time is going to pass and you're still in the same spot.

Different challenges call upon a different YOU

I saw this quote this week and it really made me think. We are always saying "be the best version of you." But being the best you might not work for all situations. With every new challenge, you might need to modify and be a different best version of you.

With my regular day to day life, mom, wife, health coach, I feel like I have the best version of me pretty well figured out. I need patience, I need to give love, I need to show respect, I need to be helpful, I need to eat well and live well, I need to be active, I need to be focused. Okay, that chick has it figured out. I know what being the best version of the mom, wife, coach means. Do I struggle at it daily, you betcha. Mostly with Momming. Momming isn't easy. But at least I KNOW what I need to do to be best.

When I'm thinking about the people who I coach into starting a new lifestyle, I think about helping them to adapt. It's a new challenge, one they've never done before, it's going to take a new version of themselves. I tell my fitness peeps, be the best you that you can be! But what does that mean from a health and fitness standpoint? Well, I believe it means trying, failing, trying again. Believing in yourself. Making smart choices when it comes to food and nutrition. Being active everyday. Forgiving yourself when you miss a workout or when you scarf down a chocolate bar. Choosing to live healthy. Choosing to plug into the challenge group daily, to be accountable. Choosing to ask me for help if needed. These are all practices that can be done daily to be successful at this new lifestyle.

Now, where I struggle is my new norm. For those that don't know, my husband and I are welcoming a baby boy in a month. We tried to get pregnant, succeeded, and I was looking forward to this perfect and beautiful pregnancy that I had with my daughter five years ago. NOPE! WRONG! This pregnancy has been a hot mess. I never really felt "glowing" from the very beginning. Truth be told that's how I knew this was a boy! So different from the look and feel I had with my daughter. But then, at 24 weeks, placenta abruption. Not good. Bedrest. Not good. I had 4 weeks of bedrest and then things were looking up. I was able to get up a little. Still pelvic rest, no workouts, no standing for more than an hour, no walking long distances, but hey, I got to get up. Then bam, short cervix. Back on bedrest. Pre-term labor is flipping scary guys. False labor every single day, flipping scary. This has been extremely challenging for me. I'm an active person. Even if not working out, I'm always on the go. I hate to be bored. I thrive on busy-ness. I thrive on being a mom and wife (see number 1!) That's the best version of me! Momming, wifing, fitness coaching. And now, bedrest. I felt like I couldn't even promote my fitness because I don't have any! You guys, I can't do anything, how I am going to LIE HERE on my bed/couch and encourage you to get up and move!?!? How am I going to encourage home cooked meals and show you what's going on in my kitchen when there's NOTHING going on in my kitchen cause I can't cook!? I'm a REAL person. I practice what I preach. What you see is what you get, what you see is really what's going on over here. So I struggled. Bigtime.

Now, I've managed to re-vamp my best version of me a little bit when it comes to coaching. I've got some great new fitness groups going on, I'm working on a HUGE project that you'll soon see, and I've given myself a break. I have a medical reason not to be able to practice what I preach. But I promise you, I will be back at it soon! For now, I'll be your cheerleader, I'll focus on helping you! Even from my couch. The rest, the bedrest, how to be a mom while sitting on my booty, how to be a good wife without being able to move, cook, go on dates, how to deal with the fact that I've gained more weight than I like because I've been on bedrest since 24 weeks, how to do all that... I haven't figured that out yet. But I do know that the most important job I have right now is focusing on the child who's HEALTH is at stake if I move. And keeping this sweet little guy inside is the best thing I can be doing right now. So maybe, just maybe, I should give myself a break and rise to the challenge of sitting (or laying) here cooking a baby and keeping him inside. I mean, I grow humans, that's a pretty big superpower right?

The next level of my life is going to require a different version as well! Eeek, so many changes!!! I would like to see advances in my business, and I will be focusing on being a new mom again while trying to lose weight and to build muscle back (read a little about what bedrest does to muscle tone, you'll know my struggle). But NEXT LEVELS are what propels us, what builds our future, what defines our lives. The next level is a good thing, and requires you to be flexible, and RISE to the challenge!

Do you have a challenge that is calling you to be a different version of yourself? I would love to hear about it!

Once you've completed the challenge, be sure to post in our Facebook group that you are done so we can cheer you on!

Fit Tip: This one comes to you from Team Beachbody!

“One of the biggest mistakes people make is to ‘save up’ for a large holiday meal,” says Rebecca Rick, M.S., RDN, a sports dietitian at eNRG Performance in Littleton, Colorado. The strategy usually backfires because you will likely over-compensate for the calories you didn’t consume earlier in the day. A large holiday meal can contain enough calories for THREE days! So saving up a thousand calories throughout the day will leave you starving throughout the day, feeling sluggish, and then end up with a picture of you grazing the dessert table and gorging yourself on prime rib, consuming more than your 800 calorie "allotment" you may have "saved up."

A better plan: “Eat normally, then have a small meal before you meet up with everyone,” says Brad Schoenfeld, PhD, author of Look Great Naked. In a Spanish research study, it was found that people who ate a small snack before dinner but after lunch were 36% less likely to be obese than those who didn't.

Which type of small meals are best? I prefer something with greens and protein. Greens because you may not find that at your big holiday dinner, and protein because it will be filling and give you energy. You'll have a small snack that has the nutrients, fiber, and protein to curb your hunger, says Schoenfeld. Try a super simple spinach and chicken salad, or my favorite Strawberry salad using 1 cup of mixed greens and 1/2 cup of grilled chicken. Another easy peasy option is this avocado toast with tomatoes snack!

I hope you enjoyed the warm up workout, fit tip for that holiday party this evening, and snack recipes to Eat Before You Go Out!

XOXO

Cize it Up

It's the END OF EXERCISE! Say what? This new program by Shaun T, celebrity fitness trainer and creator of Insanity, is unlike any I've seen. It's a dance style workout, and SO FUN. Let me preface this by telling you that I am the world's worst dancer. Like the worst. I do have fun with dance, cause who wouldn't, but I don't dance in public cause it's just bad. Shaun T's program called CIZE is a hip hop dance style workout program that breaks down dance moves into easy to follow, fun, and simple moves. Anyone can do it, even me! Do I look great doing it, nah, probably not, but that's okay because it's in the comfort of my own home and I laugh my booty off with how fun each workout is!

Check out the video snippet!

The CIZE DVD Package features 6 dance courses, the Eat Up! Meal Plan, Get Started Guide, Weekend Survival Guide, 2 Wall Calendars, 8 Count Abs bonus workout, and Hold Your Own Network Exclusive DVD.

There is also a Cize Deluxe package that gives you all of the above plus some pretty cool extras to help with weight loss and toning! First, the deluxe package includes two extra workouts, made specifically for weight loss and toning. Also, the deluxe package includes 1 pound weighted wrist bands to help tone your body by adding resistance, and burning extra calories, the Deluxe Calendar to help you lose the most weight possible in 30 days, the Lose It Guide, Shaun T's best weight loss tips to zap fat, and the Color Coded Portion Control Containers (you may have seen them in 21 Day Fix). These portion control containers go along with the Eat Up Guide and they are the golden ticket to weight loss!

My favorite is always the Challenge Pack, because it has Shakeology and there's a HUGE bundle discount!

The Challenge Pack also comes with an exclusive Cize Shaker cup and wristband, Shakeology, and a 30 Day Free Trial to TeamBeachbody which includes live streaming of the workouts.
