21 day fix is truly an awesome program, my favorite one! It's great for any fitness level and is a wonderful blend of cardio, light weights, and fat burning. It's a 21 day program developed by fitness trainer Autumn Calabrese. The program comes with 2 workout dvds that have a 30 minute workout for each day of the week and then a couple of bonus workouts, none are longer than 30 minutes. 21 Day Fix is a nutrition and fitness program that makes losing weight so simple. Easy-to-follow portion control and 30-minute workouts take the guesswork out of losing weight to help you see results fast—up to 15 pounds in just 21 days!
