We start the first Monday of each month.


Who can join the Fit & Fierce Challenge?

You can! Anyone can! No matter your goal, whether you are wanting to lose weight, 5 pounds or 50 pounds, tone-up, gain muscle mass, eat healthier, improve your energy, liven your mood, or improve your flexibility, together, we can customize a 30 day program to meet your needs.


Where is the Challenge?

Unlike other fitness challenges where you have to block off time and meet at a specific location on someone else's schedule, this challenge can be done right in your living room! You don't have to pay for a gym membership or store bulky equipment. The challenge takes place in your living room and you have support via a private online group.

What does it mean to be Fit & Fierce?

The Fit and Fierce Challenge was developed to help people SET THEIR SOUL ON FIRE! Before I found the tools and support for my transformation, I was broken. Depressed, fatigued, trying desperately to find something to make me fulfilled. I felt like I had everything I always wanted, beautiful family with my amazing husband and children, but I wasn't ME. I wasn't on fire for life. My soul was longing for something. I prayed for something like this, to change my life. And it came to me in a form of fitness, which I NEVER would have expected! Fitness was probably the last thing I would have reached out for. But there it was, staring me in the face, lighting a fire in my soul. I wish that for you! Fitness doesn't mean you're going to look like a fitness model to adorn the cover of Shape Up or Men's Health. It means that you are going to feel healthy and fit from the inside out.

What about being fierce? Do you not think you are fierce? I beg to differ. I guarantee you love something in life with the ferocity of a lion! Your children, your spouse, your parents, God... you love something fiercely. I want you to love YOURSELF fiercely. Be fit and fierce, light your soul on fire, fulfill your life with something truly life changing! You won't even know it's possible until you are there!






What is the 30 Day Challenge? Why does it work?

The Fit & Fierce challenge focuses on your your individual goals. As your personal health and fitness coach, I'm all ears! Together, we will identify your fitness goals, and get you into a private group of challengers (people just like you!) for support, accountability and encouragement. We will figure out your individual caloric needs to reach optimal results. We will also figure out how many calories you need to burn, and which workouts you'll conquer to reach your goal. Not all workouts are created equal, you'll need a specific fitness regimen to reach your individual goal. This is not a cookie cutter program, everyone is different. And that's why it works, it is tailored to YOU. Once we assess your goals, we'll choose a Challenge Pack (workout program) that fits your individual needs, preferred fitness style, and goals.

Because everyone is different and will have a different starting weight and goals, we will be using the VIP Club membership to customize a meal plan specific to your goals to get you the maximum results during the 30 day challenge! This is included in your challenge pack for free.


What's next?

During the challenge, each member will follow the individualized workouts and meal plans but will come together as a group to log them in our private group. Each day, I will touch base with you and see how you are doing, if you have questions, concerns, need encouragement and/or motivation. Now, the group is totally private, but you do not have to share your weight with the group members, or your before photos, we just want to check in and see how you are doing on your fitness journey! You should plan on working out 5-6 days a week, 30 minutes on average depending on the program of your choosing, and following your nutrition plan.

At the beginning and the end of the 30 day challenge, we will take our measurements, pictures, and weight.


What do I need for the 30 Day Fit & Fierce Challenge?
You just need to choose the Challenge Pack that aligns with your goals! I have several to choose from, so no matter your goal, and no matter your fitness level, you can do this! Challenge Packs include the fitness program of your choice, your supplements, a VIP Fitness Club Membership, bonus workouts as a thank you from me, my coaching and a guaranteed spot in the Fit & Fierce Challenge. You will also need access to Facebook if you would like to be a part of the online support group, which I totally recommend!

Are there any prizes for my hard work?

Yes! Every challenger will be eligible to receive a FREE t-shirt upon completion of the challenge! I will also post various prize opportunities within our group. Participation counts! But mainly, the prize is your fitness. Participation in the group keeps you on track.

What is the cost?

The initial investment is for your Challenge Pack, which costs between $140 and $300, so depending on your budget, we can find a program that works for you! After the 30 days, you'll be invited to continue with me for free coaching throughout your fitness journey. There is no further investment required. I'm here for you!


What is the commitment for the 30 days?

We are going to spend the next four weeks together ♥ You may find that many things will change for you... If you've read my story, you know my entire life changed for the better when I started a fitness routine like this! So it's not just your body we are working on, it's your health, wellness, energy levels, nutrition, and perhaps you'll even forge new friendships with other group members, because we have a ton of fun in these groups! During the Fit & Fierce Challenge, I will give you 100%. In order to get results, you will need to do the same — you are WORTH IT and you WILL see a difference! I promise!!! If not, your money will be refunded to you within 30 days of your purchase. I am that confident in you, these programs, and in myself and my ability to help you to succeed.
