About me

Hi, welcome to my page! I am a mom of 2, a girl and boy, and bonus mom of two more boys! I'm wife to my incredible husband. We live in a small town in Southern California. I am passionate about my faith, my family, fitness, nutrition, and helping others. I've been very blessed, and I intend to spend my days looking for ways to pay it forward. In my spare time, I love to get crafty with DIY projects, and I love to cook! Whether you follow me for fitness tips for busy parents, nutrition, recipes, motivation or inspiration, thank you for your support! I pride myself on being as REAL with you as I am with myself. I don't believe in perfection in health and fitness, in family, or in my faith, that's just not real, I believe instead in consistency and always trying to improve! We are all just a beautiful mess!
