1 can of Coconut Cream (I get mine at Trader Joes)
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of coconut sugar
2 tablespoons of honey
*optional- dark chocolate chips for garnish
The sugar and honey are to taste, so add more if you like!
Whip with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes and then cover and chill for 1 hour. The mousse will set. Then, Enjoy!!!
Keeps in the fridge for a few days.
