Breakfast Of Champions

Delicious Omelet, made by husband so that makes it even better!

2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, made into an omelet with fresh spinach inside. Topped with avocado slices.

Side item is sliced sweet potatoes, toss in a little olive oil and sprinkle your choice of sea salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and/or garlic.

Bake on 400 for about 20 minutes, flipping half way through.

21 Day Fix:
1 Red, 1/2 green, 1 blue, 1 yellow.
