Fruit and Almond Trail Mix
• 1/2 cup Whole Raw Almonds
• 1/2 cup dried fruit medley (Suggestions: dried blueberries, cherries, banana chips, peaches, mangos, raisins, cranberries) Be sure there is no sugar added.
• You can also reduce your almonds to ¼ cup and add ¼ cup of air popped popcorn
Pour all ingredients in to a bowl.
Mix together and serve! Makes 1 serving.
