Buffalo Chicken Dip

3/4 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
3/4 Cup of cooked, shredded chicken
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all of the above. Add Buffalo Sauce (I use Frank's red hot) to your specific taste.

Serve with whole grain chips, celery and carrot spears, or in a lettuce wrap!

Can be served cold or heated in the oven on 350 for about 15-20 minutes, until bubbly.

21 Day Fix:
2 red, 1 blue
Green and yellow depending on how you serve it!
