Spicy chicken pizza
1 whole wheat pizza dough
1 chicken breast
1/8 red onion (I don't really measure, just put as much onion as suits your taste)
2-4 oz mozzarella cheese, to your taste
4 tablespoons ricotta cheese
Franks red hot sauce
Olive oil
Cut chicken into small pieces and sauté in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of red hot sauce.
Grease a cookie sheet or pizza pan with olive oil. Spread out the dough and spread a tsp of olive oil on top. Drizzle franks red hot sauce on top as well.
Top the pizza with mozzarella and spread 1/2 tablespoon chunks of ricotta around the top. Next, slice the red onion thinly, and sprinkle on top. Add chicken. Cook accordingly to the instructions on your pizza dough.

1 Slice is 1 yellow, 1 blue, 1/2 red, 1 teaspoon.
