Clean Eating Pizookie

Oh yes, you read it right, I did just go there!

Clean Eating Pizookie

2 cups almond meal (almond flour is the same thing so whatever your store calls it)
1/2 cup organic coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp vanilla unsweetened almond milk
Your choice of chocolate chips, dark chocolate chunks, nuts, etc

Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients well, not the chocolate chips/nuts, save those babies for the end.

Next, add the wet ingredients. Mix until "dough" forms. Then add the chocolate chips, chunks, nuts, etc and mix well.

Lightly grease a pie tin and sprinkle a tiny bit of wheat flour to the bottom, I mean a tiny bit!

Press the dough into the pie tin and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool about 5 minutes and serve warm with your favorite ice cream (I like almond milk ice cream by So Delicious).
