1 banana, mashed
6 egg whites
1 1/2 scoops of Shakeology (chocolate or vanilla)
1 TBS coconut or almond milk
Dash of cinnamon
Mash banana thoroughly in bowl, if your banana is not ripe add 1 teaspoon of honey. Add egg whites and coconut/almond milk - combine thoroughly. Next, add the Shakeology cinnamon. Mix, mix, mix. It will be a little lumpy.
Heat skillet over medium heat. Spray skillet with cooking spray or olive/coconut oil. Spoon pancakes mix into the skillet, about 3 inch size -- cooking approximately 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Top with your favorite pancake toppings, or nothing at all! These are tasty!!
